We study the site, its surroundings and location: views, light, access and what makes that address unique. This is where the film narrative is born.
Concept
Creation and Rendering
The architectural design becomes imagery. We model, render and build the scenes of the development with photorealistic materials, light and atmosphere, in constant alignment with the developer.
Real Development
From render to construction
The same building, before and during construction: the Harmony Ocean Front render shown in the film and the real tower under construction in Balneário Camboriú. Visualization anticipates what construction delivers.
Delivery
Film and Launch
The final material is delivered ready to convert. Formats adapted to every platform: social media, paid traffic, sales gallery, digital billboards and sales presentations.
