Analysis and Briefing
It all starts with reading the project. We gather the development brief and understand the audience and the desired positioning — in meetings and on site — to define a tailored visual strategy.
Site and Location
We study the site, its surroundings and location: views, light, access and what makes that address unique. This is where the film narrative is born.
Creation and Rendering
The architectural design becomes imagery. We model, render and build the scenes of the development with photorealistic materials, light and atmosphere, in constant alignment with the developer.

The same building, before and during construction: the Harmony Ocean Front render shown in the film and the real tower under construction in Balneário Camboriú. Visualization anticipates what construction delivers.
Film and Launch
